Scaling Through Smarter Workflows

This collaboration with Geniant, CI&T and Franklin Templeton was a short-term project that required design & feature support for a Franklin Templeton product launch. My role was to support the design lead in producing production ready assets for feature updates, developing new features and showcasing them through user flows, prototypes. I also delivered design system updates, component consolidation and overall UI asset management through the product launch.

In this 6 month program with Fluidra, Frog aimed to meet the ongoing needs of pool owners and professionals to deliver intelligent feature functions while considering hardware constraints. The result was an intuitive and dynamic interface that allows easy access to information and maintains simplicity. The interface features smart, one-touch controls, with options for more detailed interactions for complex tasks.

Elevating The Pool Automation Experience

This design support track delivered new feature updates over the span of 4 months with the goal of improving the experience CalAmp’s Edge Compute platform for our transportation & logistics. In this engagement I worked closely with the product manager and was responsible for the creation & delivery of 10 feature concepts and 8 user flows demonstrating feature functions. The features produced deliver value through cost savings, better asset management, reduced vehicle repair which increase stakeholder profits and decreases insurance claims cost. Fleet & route management features enable customers to optimize routes to reduce carbon fp and reduce operational cost, expanding CalAmps value beyond physical devices & software services.

This collaboration involved the development of a global design system that would better support their production needs as they’re business continues to grow. Overall the project produced 1023 components, 2340 variables, and 55 collections supporting 55 styled themes over the span 1.5 months. The project not only enhanced design efficiency but also showcases the benefits of prioritizing design management with evolving business needs.

This case study highlights an 8-week engagement with McGraw Hill aimed at developing a future product strategy through research and concept development. The study details the production of 6 key concepts delivered through qualitative and quantitative research synthesis that provided valuable insights into education & e-learning’s evolving demands. For this program, I was directly involved with qualitative research planning, execution, synthesis, and the overall interaction design of our 6 concept deliverables.
